Meet the BMW K75 Alpha. The world’s best unofficial BMW custom bike (we reckon).

It’s not often an unofficial concept bike makes it to the heady world of ‘reality’ – but this one has. And there’s something about the BMW Alpha K75 concept machine that we really like.

The drawings (below) appeared some time ago courtesy of designer Mehmut Doruk Erdem and are based on an old Salt Flats racer.

Now the bike has moved from computer screen to actual motorcycle with this K75 special built by Mark “Makr” Atkinson.

This bike has been built with a turbo, reworked gear shifter, new brakes, steering components and an all-new frame. Here’s the original concept drawings and some pretty sweet pictures of the finished built to have a look at – the video (above) shows you how the bike’s funky bodywork moves around, too.
