Ross: “We’ve just stopped for a quick drink and I thought I’d share my (brief) first impressions of the new top of the range AT Adventure Sports with Showa semi-active suspension.

“First things first, that new suspension is fantastic – soaking up lumps and bumps with ease, and stiffening up as you push the bike harder and harder.

“We’ve not been hanging about this morning and I can say with confidence that It’s even more agile and even more capable than the old bike.

“It’s shorter too – so it’s much easier to get on with. I’ve not had much of a chance to mess around with the various modes and settings just yet – but that’s next on the agenda as we tackle a bit of light off road.”

In short, we’re very impressed and we’ll be reporting as it happens, with some more in depth thoughts. Stay tuned.

Our man Ross gave us his first thoughts on Honda’s new Africa Twin in the video below! You’ll be hearing more from him throughout the week as he rides the new bikes.
