1986, 40,070 miles, MOT 29/06/2019, Just serviced, Part service history.
Engine rebuilt by previous owner at 38,787 miles in early 2007 (engine has covered about 1,300 miles since rebuild). Chassis totally rebuilt by me in 2012 & only ridden 1061 miles since. Only 10 miles since last MOT, but will be taken for new MOT upon agreed sale.
Every bearing replaced, every nut & bolt replaced (where possible) with stainless steel. Rebuilt USD Suzuki TL1000R front forks (White Power internals), new Hagon adjustable rear shock, new DID chain & sprockets, Almost new tyres, Uprated brakes, Braided lines, Complete Yoshimura stainless steel race exhaust, Stage 1 tune, Mikuni flat slide carb’s. Satin black powder coated frame, swinging arm, wheels & engine covers. Suzuki GSXR K6 bodywork, Hugger, Belly pan, Burnt orange holographic metalflake paint. Gel seat insert, 2 keys, New battery, Crash bungs, Double bubble dark tint screen, Electric start, Seat cowl, Tail tidy, Tank pad. Data tagged & Smartwater marked. Altogether near £4,000 spent.
Hardly ridden for 5 years except to the MOT station (I don’t have time anymore) which is a terrible waste of a great bike. Lots of old MOT’s, many receipts since I’ve owned it. Runs great, looks great, just in need of a bit of elbow grease to remove 5 years of shed dust!
Would also make great base for a Cafe Racer conversion if that’s your preference.
