Indian bike industry is thriving, with big brands making their presence known, homegrown manufacturing on the up and even a custom scene emerging.

The Maniac from Jaipur based The Hustler Moto is a particularly tasty-looking part of the Indian custom trend. The bike that once was a 2004 Bajaj Pulsar 150 has been transformed into a cool custom cafe racer.

The original Pulsar bodywork has been stripped back and replaced with new, café racer styled handmade panels. The original fuel tank has made way for a Yamaha RX100 sourced unit.

Up front is a short mudguard and a small yet classic looking headlamp, while the single-piece handlebar has been replaced by a lathe machined clip-on unit. The original instrument cluster has been done away with, and in its place goes aftermarket, analogue meters and a custom, handmade smart phone holder. A custom rear cowl, hosting oval shaped twin LED tail lights replaces the pillion seat.

Mechanical updates include the addition of an aftermarket K&N air filter and an up-jetted carburetor teamed up with a handmade exhaust.
