Honda’s four-cylinder middleweight CBR650F and CB650F gain 3kW peak power (now 67kW/11,000rpm), a Showa Dual Bending Valve front fork, revised Nissin brake calipers and new free-breathing exhaust. Shorter gear ratios should help acceleration through the mid-range. Honda also promises that the updated bikes provide a thrilling soundtrack from down low, growing to a fast-spinning howl as revs rise.
