Honda has confirmed the production of the ‘X-ADV’ adventure machine for the 2017 season.
The new bike is based on the City Adventure concept machine displayed at EICMA show in Milan in 2015. Honda says that the X-ADV combines the spirit of adventure with all-round performance, practicality and comfort for urban commuting and weekend escapes. This will basically be a bridge between an adventure motorcycle and a maxi-scooter.
The X-ADV features an upright riding position, long travel suspension, 5-stage adjustable windscreen and storage space for an off-road style helmet. It’s also equipped with Honda’s Dual Clutch Transmission as standard fitment.
The X-ADV will be shown to the public for the first time at the EICMA show in Milan, from November 8-13, 2016. Full technical specifications will also be available at this time.
