This 1974 Norton 850 Commando was acquired by the seller in 1988, reportedly from its original owner, and is subsequently said to have undergone a refurbishment that was completed in 2020. Power is from an 828cc parallel twin that features replacement seals and gaskets, electronic ignition, a new old-stock exhaust system, and a four-speed transmission. The bike is finished in black with gold graphics over chrome fenders, and the frame has been powder-coated. Additional work included rebuilds of the fork and front brake system as well as replacement of the handlebars, cables, wheel components, seat, headlight, and other items. This 850 Commando is offered with factory manuals, service and restoration guides, a tool kit, parts receipts, a passenger grab bar and reflectors.
