I’ve fallen for this helmet; the fit is fantastic, the styling superb and the quality top spec. This lightweight helmet has numerous features including the Pinlock Maxivision system. This is my first encounter with Pinlock and I must say I am very impressed by it. The Speedview no-fog internal retractable sun visor is a great feature too and very useful on the five or six sunny days we get in the UK each year.
The Speedshift visor system for quick and easy visor changes does what it says it does well, along with a whole host of other bells and whistles which smother this lid. But by far, the best trick this helmet has is the Airfit Concept inflatable cheek pad system which is truly amazing; it really does feel as though the triple density cheek pads have been moulded to your very own features – even my hamster chops. Tip – when you first put the helmet on and then proceed to pump up the cheek pads to see how tight you can get the lid, make sure you have familiarised yourself with the position of the deflate button – I learnt the hard way.
