Reviwed by: Marc Wheeler for 20,000+ miles RRP: £59.99
There is no question, these Dainese lightweight gloves, the name of which I have long since forgotten, have been the most durable, and versatile, summer gloves I have ever had the pleasure the use.
The maiden voyage for the gloves was on a motorcycle launch, Harley-Davidson to be precise, in the USA. The gloves arrived in the office the day before I flew out, so I claimed them before anyone else could get their hands on, or rather in them, and they have been like an old friend ever since. I really dislike bulky ‘Star Wars’ type gloves and from spring until autumn I use lightweight well made gloves, unless I’m riding on track of course.
Nothing has broken on the gloves, despite covering at least 20,000 miles in all weathers and the stitching is still intact. Obviously they look a little grubby, but I think there’s several more seasons of summer riding left in them yet.
