Flatshifter is a British company specializing in making gear levers, brake levers and quickshifters for motorcycles and trikes. In fact, anything with a sequential gearbox can get the Flatshifter treatment and be operated by someone with restricted range of movement or mobility.

The list of equipment ranges from thumb brakes to dual levers on the handlebar with a mixture of combinations. So you could have front brake + rear brake, front brake + clutch and rear brake and clutch.

The options were predominantly designed for the race track until company owner Graham Thraxter started fitting them to conventional road vehicles, to let paraplegics and riders who had lost limbs ride motorcycles unassisted.
