SCOOP Video Yamaha’s MT-09-powered super sand buggy wotsit nearly here

Do you fancy a four-wheeled, super sand buggy type racer from Yamaha – powered by the firm’s three-cylinder MT-09 engine?

Yeah, we wouldn’t mind a blat in it too. And looking at this very funky video released by the Japanese factory, it’s going to be with us by the start of next month.

Things to note about this are the cool recessed headlights, the thick tubular steel frame, the three exhausts (at 0.17s in the video) and the whole menace of the film. It’s got the MT-09 motor in it, so it’s going to be plenty torque-y and still like to rev. Good shout.
