Not entirely sure if this is something that we want, or something we’d pass up pretty quickly – but it is here and it is a thing that’s been inspired by motorcycles, apparently, so we figured we’d show you.
This is called the Azimuth SP-1 Crazy Rider watch. Both sides of the watch face are chain driven and the chain shifts along a series of 24 numbers for the hour. There’s a traditional spinning hand in the centre of the left sprocket for the minutes.
It looks a bit odd and would you buy this (according to reports, it’s priced around the £5,000 mark) over a conventional, somewhat smaller watch? Hmmm…
