VIDEO: The Night Wolves are going to war

We’ve told you about the Night Wolves motorcycle gang before – they’re the Russian band of outlaw motorcyclists that are very closely associated with none other than Vladimir Putin.

Putin has, in the past, even ridden a motorcycle with the gang. There’s footage in the film showing the premier riding with the gang.

Notorious and hugely loyal to Putin, the Night Wolves gang has a very militia feel to it and is famous across various factors of the eastern bloc for its no-nonsense approach to justice.

The latest news to come from the Night Wolves is this excellent film published by The Guardian. In the video the Wolves explain that from their base in Luhansk, east Ukraine, they see themselves as part of the military and are determined to get the lands it sees as those torn apart from the people of Ukraine.

It’s an amazing film looking into the heart of what is arguably the worlds most hardcore motorcycle gang. A gang that is now publicly saying that it is prepared to go to war.
