Suzuki’s Gixxer 155SF launched, fuel-injected little sportster goes public

Here’s Suzuki’s Gixxer SF – the 155cc, fuel-injected sporty roadster launched into the Indian market at the Auto Expo show. The images were posted by the excellent Motoroids website in India.

The SF was launched alongside the Gixxer 155 (unfaired, pictured at the bottom of this article), the main difference between the models being that SF comes with the fuel injection system.

Suzuki has remained tight-lipped about the mechanical details of the Gixxer SF and its fuel injection set-up although it has said that the carburetor-equipped Gixxer SF, with its 154.9cc 4 -stroke, single-cylinder, air cooled engine kicks out 14.8bhp and 14Nm of torque.

Both bikes get a new rear disc brake, too.
