This is a finished off tweaked image of the BMW/TVS Akula 310, a faired version of the BMW G310R that was launched last year. The Akula (Russian for Shark, donchaknow) is expected to be launched later this year. TVS and BMW have been working together on the project which has already delivered the naked bike in 2015.
Whilst the bike is likely to keep the Akula name in India and other countries there are many rumours suggesting that a virtually identical copy of the bike is going to appear badged as a BMW small sportster in Europe.
