The roar of engines meets the magic of cinema this autumn as the London Motorcycle Film Festival (LMFF) makes its UK debut on 12–13 September 2025. Set in the striking Old Timber Store beneath the railway arches of Maltby Street Market, London, the festival promises an unforgettable celebration of motorcycles, stories, and community, with Roadskin joining as an official brand partner.
Following the success of the Dubai Motorcycle Film Festival, launched in 2021, the LMFF team brings their passion for motorcycling culture, storytelling, and filmmaking to the UK. This year, Roadskin—known for its dedication to style, comfort, and safety in modern motorcycling—joins the festival as a proud partner.

“Roadskin was born from a love of the open road and a belief that motorcycle gear should be stylish and comfortable as well as protective,” said Mark Kingham, Marketing Director of Roadskin. “We’re thrilled to support the London Motorcycle Film Festival and help bring together riders, filmmakers, and fans to celebrate the unique spirit and stories of life on two wheels.”

Over two days, LMFF will showcase an international selection of motorcycle-themed short films, from real-life adventures and documentaries to dramatic narratives, animations, and branded content. Featured films include:
- Reappear – Tommy Clarke (UK). Frank restores his late father’s vintage motorcycle, aiming to recreate his mother’s most treasured photograph, only to discover a transformative journey.
- Song of Sosa – Cam Elkins (Australia). Cristian Sosa finds the rhythm of a custom Royal Enfield 650 Twin GT—and his own story—through the beat of his hammer.
- Fast Eddie – Brenna Eckerson (USA). The extraordinary racing life of WWII veteran Ed Fisher, a pioneer with Indian and Triumph, who rode well into his nineties.
- Rebel Riders – Marc Ressang (Indonesia). An inside look at Indonesia’s extreme Vespa culture and the inventive spirit driving it.
The festival is supported by UK organisations that champion two-wheeled culture. Classic Rides, founded by photographer and digital artist Matt McFadden, plays a key creative role. “Motorcycle culture is full of stories that deserve to be seen and heard,” Matt explained. “LMFF creates a space for filmmakers, riders, and brands to share the spirit of life on two wheels—right here in London.”
Alex Richards, host of the London Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride since 2022 and leader of a major online adventure motorcycling community, adds: “LMFF isn’t just for hardcore riders; it’s for anyone who loves a great story. Whether it’s a gritty doc filmed in the Andes or a short from Hackney, the human emotion and craft shine through.”
Stefania Schito, a top global fundraiser for the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride and London event host, completes the team: “LMFF is a cultural crossover between cinema, community, design, and the thrill of riding. I’m delighted to partner with the festival and can’t wait to kick things off this September.”
