Yamaha recalls 15,072 small bikes over oil pump and front brake issues

Yamaha has recalled over 15,000 R25, MT25, R3 and MT320 bikes.

So far, the recall is only effecting Japanese bikes, there has been no news concerning any European bikes in any of those ranges and if we hear anything about European stock being included in the recall we’ll let you know.

The issues surround the bike’s oil pump, the clutch pressure plate and the front brake hose which could come into contact with the radiator during riding.

Yamaha is currently carrying out all works needed at dealerships in Japan.
