SPY SHOTS! 2017 Suzuki GSX-R250 REVEALED in all it’s glory. Three colour schemes and details. PLUS GSX-250F and GSX-750S on the way TOO!

We’ve been bringing you the first look-prototype pics and all the news about the new quarter-litre Suzuki GSX-R for a year now – and here’s the first look at the proper, finished motorcycle in all of its colours.

The bike is going to be powere by the 248cc liquid-cooled, twin cylinder engine that’s currently in the firm’s Inazuma roadster. That lump puts out 24bhp @ 8,500rpm and makes 22Nm of torque @ 6,500rpm.

Alongside this 2017 little version of the GSX-R250 is also going to be a quarter-litre GSX-250F which will ape the looks of it’s 1000cc sibling which has already proved to be a huge sales success for Suzuki.

Suzuki is also making a GSX-S750 to capitalise further on the 2015 sales success of the GSX-S1000 big naked. The 750 version will use a version of the Suzuki GSX-R750 from 2005 (in the same way that it used a GSX-R1000 motor from 2005 to power the GSX-S1000) to give the bike somewhere in the 110bhp range.

The bike is also getting new fuel-injection to smooth things out further and three rider modes are standard. The GSX-S750 is going to get trick 41mm Kayaba forks and Nissin ABS too.
