SPY SHOT: Ducati’s 2017 MotoGP bike in all it’s new aero, slippery goodness!
It’s only a quickly taken snapshot from a phone – and we don’t know who took it (sorry) but this has popped up on our feed this morning.
It’s the new Ducati MotoGP bike. For this year, and the forseeable future, the MotoGP Safety Commission has banned the use of wings on the premier class bikes under concerns about the effect they may have on a rider during a crash. So this is the new bike – which will get it’s official unveiling at the Ducati MotoGP launch this Friday.
We’ve also been told that this bike is dripping with new aero points to make it as slippery as possible and as efficient as can be without the wings that helped it last year.
