Isle of Man TT racer Maria Costello has teamed up IAM RoadSmart in an effort to get more women on two wheels. And, IAM RoadSmart is offering one lucky lady the chance to win a place on Costello’s women only motorbike track day later this month.

Costello made her name as the first women to claim a podium on the Isle of Man, when she took third place in the Ultra Lightweight category of the 2005 Manx Grand Prix – and from 2004 to 2009, she held the Guinness World Record for the fastest female lap of the TT’s infamous mountain course. Last year she claimed the female lap record at the Northwest 200, and also took a podium spot in the Isle of Man Senior Classic TT.

Costello said: “This the perfect opportunity for female riders to get together in good company to boost their confidence, learn how to enjoy their riding more, learn useful skills and techniques that they can take with them to be safer on the road.”

The Hel Performance/Maria Costello MBE women only track day will take place at Donington Park on September 20th.

To be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize, send your name, address and phone number to by 12pm on September 15th.
