White Helmets Triumph TRW set to go under the hammer at the Bristol Classic MotorCycle Show

The Carole Nash Bristol Classic Motorcycle Show will return this year for its 38th year on the 3rd and 4th of February at the Royal Bath and West Showground near Shepton Mallet.

The Charterhouse Auction returns for 2018, with an abundance of interesting lots up for grabs. Viewing is on the Saturday, with the auction taking place the next day. Of particular interest is a rare Cotton road racer, a gorgeous Norton Atlas and a Triumph TRW from the recently disbanded White Helmet division of the British Army.

The 1964 Triumph TRW, previously a White Helmet display team bike, is estimated to sell for between £8000-10000. The White Helmets was formed way back in 1927, but late last year, sadly disbanded after 90 years of action. So, this is a unique chance to get your hands on a special piece of motorcycling and military history.

Tickets will be available for £11 for adults and £3 for children in advance up until the 29th of January. Adult tickets will be available on the gate for £13 and children’s tickets will be £4. For more information, click HERE.
