At this early stage, KTM still hasn’t revealed the specs – but we do know it’s closely based on the new 790 Duke, and as a result, it should weigh in close to the Duke’s 189kg. Its closest competitors will be the newly updated Triumph Tiger 800 and BMW F850GS. But, the 790 Adventure looks set to blow its rivals out of the water in terms of its power-to-weight ratio. After all, the F850GS is 229kg wet, and the Tiger 800XCx comes in at 205kg dry.
