In advance of the race season kicking off, Alpinestars has just unveiled its new, specially designed GP Plus race suit for kids (and smaller framed riders) – and it looks awesome.
The new Youth GP Plus suit pulls together the top level performance technologies developed in MotoGP and World Superbike racing, in a smaller, more compact package, for younger and smaller-framed riders. It has been specifically designed and developed to take into account the different anatomical profiles of youth/smaller-framed riders, ensuring the suit offers ample comfort and excellent overall performance.
For protection, it is equipped with Alpinestars own race-derived, CE-approved internal elbow, shoulder, knee and tibia protectors, in addition to external polymer shoulder protectors with injection-molded dual density TPU shells. And it’s constructed from premium 1.3mm bovine leather for increased comfort and top level abrasion resistance. Plus, there are extensive accordion stretch leather panels to further help movement and comfort on the bike.
