Copyright lawyers at the ready? UM Motorcycles new Xtreet 250X looks identical to a KTM Duke

It’s often said that imitation is the best form of flattery, but it looks like UM Motorcycles has taken the old adage to the next level, with its KTM Duke ‘inspired’ UM Xtreet 250X.

Of course, it’s highly unlikely that UM Motorcycle will manage to get the Xtreet 250 to market over here, given stringent intellectual property laws – but it’ll be interesting to see how KTM reacts.
