BSB: Luke Mossey back on top in final free practice session at Brands Hatch

Luke Mossey was back on top in the final Bennetts British Superbike Championship at Brands Hatch this morning, firing the JG Speedfit Kawasaki to the top of the times for the first time this season to put him 0.167s ahead of Jake Dixon in the final moments of the session.

James Ellison had another strong session in third place for the Anvil Hire TAG Yamaha team with yesterday’s pace-setter Glenn Irwin completing the top four for Be Wiser Ducati, moving ahead of Josh Brookes in the closing stages.

Tommy Bridewell had a positive session onboard the Moto Rapido Ducati to end the session sixth fastest with Tarran Mackenzie dropping to seventh after running inside the top three for the majority of the final 20 minutes.

Danny Buchan held off Andrew Irwin for eighth position with Leon Haslam completing the top ten.
