The new image shows part of the main beam of the chassis as well as the clutch cover – and it gives us just about enough to take the leap and suggest that it’ll be a new Honda CB650R Neo Sports Café, based around the current CB650F.

If we’re right, there will be a number of major changes to the CB650F to bring it in line with Neo Sports Café range. Looking at the CB125, 300 and 1000, it’s likely we’ll see inverted front forks, radial brakes, a new full LED headlight , a digital instrument panel – in addition to aluminium (not plastic) details. As a result of the quality components and finish, we’re guessing that the new Honda CB650R will also be more expensive than the CB650F. At the minute, it’s not been confirmed for sure – but with INTERMOT just a week away, and EICMA not too long after, we’ll know sooner rather than later.
