KTM has just released this brilliant short video, showing its all-new 790 Adventure R being put through its paces in Sardinia, ahead of its big launch at EICMA in just a few weeks’ time.
Unveiled in prototype form at EICMA 2017, the KTM 790 Adventure R is one of the most hotly anticipated adventure machines to emerge in recent years (alongside Yamaha’s new T7, of course) – and it seems like it’s finally about to be unveiled to the general public.
Admittedly, we’ve already seen plenty of the new KTM throughout its development over the last 12 months, with a raft of spy shots – and even a leaked technical information document – doing the rounds. But up to this point, we’ve not seen quite how well it goes. Until now.
Interestingly, KTM has said that its new adventure machine has developed using customers’ feedback. They wanted a bike which they could ride hard, but also a bike which allows them to push their limits. And the Austrian factory came up with the new 790 Adventure R. Thankfully, we won’t have to wait much longer for its official reveal, with it expected to be shown to the general public at EICMA in Milan on November 6.
