Marc Márquez has been out to Japan for MotoGP – and ahead of the weekend’s racing, he took the chance to blast up the Hakone Turnpike on his race-ready Honda RC213V.
Red Bull was on hand to produce this brilliant short film of him firing his way up the famous stretch of tarmac, which runs along the side of the Mount Hakone volcano. It’s well worth a watch if you’ve got a few minutes to spare.
Also known as Japan’s Nürburgring, the Hakone Turnpike is a truly iconic stretch of road. Over the years many films of the iconic Japanese drifter culture have been produced there – and now Red Bull has produced another one, but this time it’s Marc Marquez and his Honda RC213V that take centre stage.
