Endurocross and Superenduro champion Colton Haaker has just released Rare Exception; a film which brings together sensational footage of some of the biggest players in the game doing what they do best. And to show you what we’re talking about, here’s a sneak peek of film, with Haaker tearing around the English countryside with local lads Graham Jarvis and Billy Bolt.
California native Colton Haaker grew up racing motocross before transitioning to trials and later to EnduroCross and Hard Enduro. In 2015 he became a Husqvarna-supported rider and signed to the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing road team in 2016. And he’s had some serious success, winning the 2016 and 2018 AMA EnduroCross championship, as well as the 2016 and 2017 SuperEnduro World championship.
Speaking about the film, Haaker said: “This has been a long time coming. It has been 450 days of planning, thinking, riding, filming, and editing to make this piece come together. [Creating this film has challenged] me more than any championship race or competitor. This is a film created to share what a motorcycle has done for me personally, with a message of what a motorcycle does for us all. [I hope] to inspire others to pursue a life on two wheels. Rare Exception is a story about following your dreams, where those dreams may lead you, and the realization that your perfect dream is one wrong step away from becoming a nightmare.”
If you fancy watching Rare Exception, it’s available now on ITunes and Amazon Prime.
