If you’re across the latest and breaking biking news, you’ll have no doubt heard about Peter Hickman’s record-breaking Ulster GP. He smashed it. After setting a new lap record on Thursday – Hickman continued to dominate the action, taking a total of seven racing wins across the two days of racing. But it was his last-gasp Supersport win over Lee Johnston that’s going to live on as one of the most exciting bits of road racing in recent years…

And here’s a link to the video of Hickman and Johnston battling it out. It’s awesome. You’ll have to click either HERE or HERE to watch it though, because the BBC won’t let anyone else embed it on their site. Not even us.
Hickman and Johnston were locked in battle throughout the five-lap race, swapping places at the front as they broke away from the rest of the field. And they were side by side on the run from the hairpin to the finish-line, before Hickman managed to squeeze through on his factory-supported Triumph to take the Supersport win.
