Milestone has just announced the launch of MXGP 2019 – the latest installment in its series of official FIM Motocross World Championship games. And you can order your copy now, and compete at the highest level of off-road racing from the comfort of your own home.
The big news for MXGP 2019 is that for the first time players can put themselves in the boots of a professional rider from the current crop of Motocross World Championship competitors – and compete in a full season. You can choose from all the bikes, all the teams, and all the riders.
That’s not all. For the first time you can also use the Track Editor to create your own, completely custom track. There’s also a new Waypoint game mode which can be accessed in the new Playground. It lets you move around freely and design your own cross-country route.
In addition to the new Waypoint game mode, the Playground is packed with activities that allow players to get special rewards.
Gotta Go Faster – Pass through the checkpoints as fast as you can before time runs out.
Catch’em All – Collect the collectibles before time runs out.
Ace in the Hole – Cross a narrow path and get points.
Magnum Opus – It is the definitive challenge which combines all the previous challenges.
MXGP 2019 is now available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for £49.99 – and Windows PC for £32.99. For more information on the game, including how to get your hands on a copy, click HERE.
