Do YOU remember Bata’s Motor Sandal? Anyone know where we can get a pair?

We were just talking in the office and we were wondering whatever happened to the MotorSandal? Does anyone know where we can get a pair for next year’s riding season?

You might remember Bata’s Motor Sandal doing the rounds a few years ago. Designed and engineered for bikers, the sandals came with fibreglass reinforced soles, gear shifter protection, heat resistant rubber, toe protection and fluorescent rear straps.

Developed by the resourceful folks at Bata’s Bangladesh office, the Motor Sandal was specifically created for bikers and was first unveiled to the world back in 2008. For some reason they were met with widespread criticism by bikers across the world. We can’t imagine why…
