AGV’s recently revealed its full range of new kit for 2020 – and our pick of the bunch is its newest lightweight lid, the K6.
Claimed to be “the lightest full-face road helmet in the world” – AGV’s new K6 aims to pack top level technology into a more affordable package. And the Italian brand reckons the K6 offers similar levels of protection to the lids it creates for MotoGP racers, but without the prohibitive pricetag. Ok, so the base model K6 still costs £359.99 – but there’s no denying it’s much more affordable than the £899.99 Pista GP R.
Weighing in at 1,220 grams thanks in part to its carbon aramid shell construction, the K6 offers 190 degree vision, five large ventilation slots, a removable and washable inner lining, a double D-ring fastening system – and it’s also built to take AGV’s ARK communication system.
We’re hoping to get one in to test in the not too distant future, but in the meantime, if you’d like to find out more about AGV’s new K6 helmet – click HERE.Get MoreBikes delivered through your letterbox every month. 12 issues for £15. Click here for more information.
