Harley-Davidson’s been mixing things up of late. Later this year it’ll release its new adventure and streetfighter machines for public consumption – and rumours are swirling that there’s a sportbike on the way too. Could it look like this?
H-D’s been in a bit of a slump recently. It’s not selling their same old bikes in the same old quantities; which might explain why it’s stepping out of its comfort zone with a range of slightly leftfield machines. There’s talk of small capacity bikes coming very soon, there’s speculation about a couple more electric models – and now, it seems there’s a sportbike on the horizon too.
Although there’s been no official confirmation from H-D – this is what our pals at Japanese biker magazine Young Machine reckon it’ll look like. At first glance, it looks a little out there – but Young Machine is usually pretty spot on with its design renders. Ignoring its bikini fairing and number board – it’s not all that dissimilar from the Bronx streetfighter which we’re expecting to see at the end of the year. Maybe we’ll see the faired sportbike sooner than we think…?
