US Company Whistler has designed a helmet-mounted set of lights to make bikers more visible.
The WHL-80 features an eight-LED display, plus a wireless transmitter connected to the bike’s wiring. The WHL-80 shows braking plus indicating, triggered when the rider uses the bike’s existing controls. The unit recharges via USB cable and can be configured to work with one or two helmets (useful when carrying a pillion).
The WHL-80 Helmet Safety Light retails in the USA for USD 100.
