Previous bike: Suzuki GSX1400

Tell us about it: “I love my Nortons (you can’t beat the vibration of a British vertical twin), but I always like to keep a modern bike for trips out with my mates. We ride anywhere from 150-400 miles, and while I used to take the GSX1400, which I owned for six years, it was getting a bit heavy for me. I fancied a Triumph 675, but found it too racy – this GSR is the perfect compromise between the heavy 1400, and the sporty Triumph. I’ve had no problems with it – I’ve just come to BSD Performance in Peterborough today to have the bike tweaked for more mid-range power.”
