Ahead of the big bike shows in the coming weeks, Kawasaki has hinted that there are FIVE new models on the way for 2020.

The graphic on the Kawasaki website suggests that there are two new bikes set to be unveiled at the Tokyo Moto Show on October 23, before another three new machines are shown to the world at EICMA on November 5. But what are they?

We know that one of the bikes under wraps is definitely the new Kawasaki Z H2, which the Japanese factory has been teasing for the last month or so – before spy shots appeared on the web in the last few days.

Aside from that, we’re expecting to see a new Z 650 and Z 900. With the Ninja 650 already updated, it’d make sense for Kawasaki to upgrade its Z650. And with the new Z-H2 essentially taking the place of the Z 1000, it’s fairly logical to assume we’ll see a new Z 900 too.

We also reckon that the Versys 650 will get an update for 2020 too. The Versys 1000 received some major updates last year, and now it’s the turn of its smaller adventure sibling.

That leaves one bike for the EICMA show. And we think it’s a big one. Admittedly, we’re not completely sure about what to expect. It could either the new Ninja ZX-10RR that’s been rumoured for months. But we think it’s more likely to be a new version of the H2 R – particularly after the standard H2 was updated last year.

Thankfully we’re not going to have to wait too much longer to find out, with EICMA less than three weeks away.
